Imaginary Place ligger i forlængelse af installationen ‘der er langt fra siena til orange’ 2013, Kunsthal Aarhus.

‘Der er langt fra siena til orange’ cirklede omkring menneskers indespærrethed, i fx. klaustrofobiske idéer om den “perfekte” krop og af vores trang til at flyve væk, overskride grænser mm.
I Imaginary Place genbruges hud-og-hår-billederne og videoen projiceres ind i et varmt og klaustrofobisk hjørne af kælderen.
