Scaled contours of brushstrokes as a three-dimensional painting from floor to ceiling. This work is based on an incident in Delphi, Greece. Not far from the Temple of Apollo, a sound was heard that can best be described as a deep-toned roar, coming from inside the earth. Shortly afterwards, the earth trembled a few times. The earth – the solid ground – under our feet is alive and moving. And has a distinctively deep voice. The constant and unstoppable changeability of things and the feeling of loss of control are the basis of the idea for this work. The brushstrokes come floating and hang frozen in the air, like a stoppage of time, a completely impossible pause in the flow of time. Or Lauf der Dinge
Teknik: maleri på laser-udskårne plexiglas
