Simultaneous er en kalejdoskopisk glasskulptur, som tager form efter hvilket rum den sættes op i. Glassene reflekterer og spejler og farverne glider ind over hinanden, mens man går rundt om skulpturen. På et af glassene i skulpturen projiceres en video. Videoen i Simultaneous på Skanderborg Museum er optaget i toget mellem Aarhus og Alken station. Skanderborg Station er en station på vejen. Videoens dobbeltbillede.Den ovale vandoverflade i vandflasken spejler de ting som toget kører forbi, og som også til dels ses ud af vinduet,. Det er både de samme ting og så alligevel ikke. Vandoverflade-ovalen svæver afsted - “simultant” - i sin egen cirkulerende verden.

Simultaneous is a kaleidoscopic glass sculpture. The glasses reflect and mirror and the colors slide over each other as you walk around the sculpture. A video is projected onto one of the glasses in the sculpture. The video in Simultaneous at Skanderborg Museum was recorded on the train between Aarhus and Alken station. Skanderborg Station is a station on the road. The video's double image. The oval water surface in the water bottle reflects the things that the train passes by, and which are also partly seen out the window. They are both the same things and yet not. The water surface oval floats away - "simultaneously" - in its own circulating world.
